3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Quinarix is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, we recommend providing a physical street address to ensure the smoothest delivery experience.
